At HomePlus Furniture, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Our logistics partner will contact you within 48 hours to coordinate a convenient time for the curbside pickup of your return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
